INTRODUCTION
Hello, my name is Manu Mehdi, and I am the founder and CEO of “Organic and Real.” Organic and Real is a 4.5-year-old specialty food supplier on the market. We deal with healthy specialty foods such as organic, vegan, gluten-free, and keto. We provide these difficult-to-find niche foods through our internet platform, organicandreal.com. We also have a growing B2B division where we supply more than 150 to 200 restaurants, sub-market eateries, and café in the UAE. We are also active in market place channels such as Amazon and Instagram, and we are presently supplying our items in all of these channels.

CHALLENGES
Why is the company suffering so many issues as a grocery shop, particularly online? Because,
1. Inventory is a problem for us.
2. We face difficulties in coordinating multiple departments.
3. We face difficulties in managing our finances.
4. Reporting and MIS are challenges for us since we have investors, and we need to be able to deliver comprehensive reports to the board of directors.
So, before I moved to WAYZ, we were using another ERP, and I should say that life was a living hell because most of the functions, whether it was logistic, purchase finance, or sale, were all segmented and segregated, with no coordination between them, and if I wanted to know any numbers or information, no information was available because it was not synchronized properly.

That was a period when I met with Mr. Ahsan from WAYZ ERP, and we had a talk, and I told him about the issues we were having in the organisation at the time. And the best thing about Ahsan is that he is an entrepreneur himself, and he understood the business challenge that I was facing; this was a kind of light bulb moment for me because with the previous ERP (when I was talking to the person who was implementing the ERP for us, he was talking from the execution point of view of the features of that particular ERP), which was not something that I was looking for; I was looking for solutions to the problems that I was facing in running the business. I determined that, okay, good, I think he is the ideal person for me. His solution would be loved to consider or loved to see whether our firm will be able to employ their resources for our growth because we are a startup that is developing on a monthly basis.
